I… am a food and beverage nerd. I love to eat, drink, and enjoy the company of others who do so as well. I have worked in the food or beverage industry my entire career, and can’t imagine anything else. Currently, I am in retail, selling wine. In the past I have been a cook, a bartender, a server, and designed and executed food for banquets in excess of 350 people.
This blog will involve my thoughts on food, beer, wine, and liquor… and anything else that comes to mind. I hope that it serves you as much as me.
